Excellent Room with Safe Parking
I look for lodging in small communities for ease of finding and departing and more comfort as far as safe parking. This was my second stay. Dining is limited. There is a Wallmart across the street so buying food to return to the room is a possibility.

I liked the size of the room. The biscuit and gravy breakfast was enjoyable. I think the hotel is a little pricey because there aren't any other hotel/motels in the area. This should be under $100. The front was out of coffee when I went down as breakfast was ending and the bags of chips were outdated on the first night in. The best thing here is the staff, who were all very friendly and helpful!

Sad small town service.
The room was clean and nice. However, i was led to believe they had daily housekeeping. Not so. I signed a form thinking I was telling them that i wanted housekeeping daily. After coming back to my room late afternoon and nothing being done, i tried to use the in-room phone. It was not working. I had to call the hotel from my cell phone. I was told that they only clean every 3 days. I asked for towels and was told that she was busy at 7:30 pm. She wasn't very nice and a little annoyed that i asked for towels. She did, however, bring towels up. I was also told to plug the phone in. However, when i did that, the phone blinked constantly. So, now i know why it was unplugged. We checked in on Thursday. Saturday would have been the 3rd day. Guess what? Still no housekeeping. No coffee left. Garbage overflowing by Sunday. Glad to be checking out. So much for small town service.

Staff were mostly great, but it did not help that they had a rehab next door and some of the clients staying at the hotel. We did not have any problems, but it definitely made you feel uneasy. We were put into a furst floor room first that smelled ao bad like dig that we had to ask to be moved. Would not recommend.

Much nicer than the places I had previously stayed at in Warren when I came up to participate in the Wild Winds Folk Arts and Crafts Festival. Room was clean and as described. I did not have the included breakfast so I can’t review that. It’s a quiet area. There are restaurants not too far from the hotel. Having the Walmart right across the street was very convenient. My only complaint was the stomping around from the person in the room above me for 1 night of my stay but that was not within the hotel’s control.

Hmmm...
Upon arriving, the two front desk clerks were busy with a new computer system and we weren't even greeted for at least five minutes. That was a bit weird and unwelcoming. They didn't even glance up at us or say give us a few minutes. The pillows were horrific -- hard as rocks. All night, the bottom sheet kept getting untucked. The rooms were terribly damp and humid even before we showered in the morning. The breakfast was nice and the lobby and dining area was well appointed. We appreciated the Seattle's Best Coffee.
