We were very disappointed we couldn’t get the tv to work. I contacted the property via text as was suggested. I was informed someone would help us right away. Never heard back from anyone.

The layout of the room was good. The staff were generally cheerful & helpful. There was a mess (spilled pizza) in the elevator and I mentioned it to a worker and they got a napkin and picked up the pepperoni, but left the cheese, it was there all 3 days I stayed there.

After a long day just wanted to.check into our room the night desk lady checked us into a room that had not been cleaned then moved us next door fine the ac was not working the only room left was a pet room we didnt want todrive anymore but kinda unexeptable the night desk lady was.pretty nonchalant about it and was on her phone talking to someone when we where trying to check in i guess i wouldnt want to run a business like that just me wouuldnt recommend this hotel just based on our experience but in the end we got a room so there's that

We were placed in a special needs room too close to the lobby. The shower had no way to retain water (no lip around the edge, floor too level. We ended up with a flooded bathroom and entryway.

We booked a week stay here ended up not staying there because the staff member working up front was rude, and unprofessional. My family and I travel a few times a year and this would be our first bad experience at any hotel/motel. I will say Elly the manager was accommodating and super helpful. Thank goodness they have her.

We like staying at Microtels in general. This one was not as good as some of the other ones that I’ve been too. The refrigerator wasn’t working in our room so we had to use our cooler to keep some items cold. The only other issue we had was the door to the room shuts very loudly. Other than that, it was a good stay.
