Amazing couples getaway
This couples resort is amazing.my hubby and i went for my birthday.check in was rather easy.we went to our room and discovered there was a malfunction with our ceiling lights in the bedroom. We called the operator and within seconds maintenance came and told us the issue needed to get fix.i believe his name was Bart he was so understanding and genuine he called the front desk and within seconds we were transferred to the room next door.Bart helped us move our things and he even setup our fireplace.the champagne tower was beautiful the pool was amazing . I definitely would recommend this beautiful getaway

This property is centrally located to many interesting attractions. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special. It is a great stress-free get-away. The dining has been excellent both breakfast and dinner.

I liked the idea of the resort but it seemed old and not well maintained. The room we stayed had water stains in the carpet because the Jacuzzi would leak water inside the wall every time u use it. The place around was very nice and service was great though.

This was by far one of the worse places that I've ever stayed. Actually didnt even spend the entire night. Left after being there 4 hours and discovering bugs in the bed and bathroom, cold water in the "dirty" hot tub, no working phone in the room to make calls to order the shuttle or cafe. Also, the lady at the front desk misinformed us about the so called 24 hour shuttle to the casino which actually stopped at midnight, and the cafe that was supposedly open til 10:30 but really stopped the grill at 9:30. Rooms were very dirty and outdated. Stay away from here..not romantic at all!!

Nice stay but-
The stay was great overall but I would like to see more variety on the dinner menu.We stayed at Pocono Palace last February 2024 and the dinner menu changed every night. I would also like to see more vanity lights for shaving and makeup. I would also like to see where you could excess Netflix, Amazon Prime or other services like this being they don’t want you to use your amazon stick like other places.
