Absolutely worst experience at a hotel, the staff was rude, the room door was broken, the room had dead roaches everywhere, blood stains on the walls and bath tub. No hot water at all, beds had dirty sheets, toilet paper wasn't changed, and dirty towels in the bathroom. Me and my family felt disgusted being there they refused any kind of refund, we had to leave 2 days early to go to a different hotel that was clean and safer. They said the only way we could get some kind of refund would be through expedia.com and i can't figure out how to even go about that.

We rented 2 rooms one room didn’t have a microwave or a refrigerator! The TV only worked on one channel! The other room the lights didn’t work the toilet didn’t flush! No breakfast like advertising! Web site not updated! Just totally a terrible experience!

The room smelled like a heavy smoking room. It said it was a non smoking room but didn’t smell that way. The fridge was covered in rust. The WiFi in the room did not work. We had a reservation for a week and didn’t even stay one night. After a hour we went to a different hotel across the street

The website lists a microwave no microwave. When I asked about it the individual responded he didn't know what I was talking about. No soap, shampoo or conditioner or cups or bags for ice bucket. Im glad I take all things I needed for bath & everything with me. The bathtub had a white muddy substance in it. I had to scrub it before we could shower. The sponge I carried with me was black & sticky from whatever was in the tub. I carry a door alarm with me and good thing because there was a half inch space between door & frame with door closed. I wasn't sure if at first in the bathtub if something was in it or if the water acquifer had gone bad because of the dump that was there off John King Road. I'm not sure if it was ever cleaned or just filled over & built on.

Puddle of water on the floor. No light bulbs in the light fixtures. Loud area around the motel. Non-smoking room had clearly been smoked in. Breakfast was listed and not available. Will never stay at a Super8 again.
