The hotel grounds and pool are very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. It also feels safe. Generally it is quiet, except in the early morning as the my are setting up the buffet. The rooms are relatively spacious and clean. The downside is that the rooms are relatively old and in need of a renovation.

Es un hotel que requiere un mantenimiento urgente, la piscina empieza a "desprender" mucho azulejo, peligroso si lo pisamos nos podemos cortar. El cuarto que nos tocó olía mucho a humedad. Nos tocó la mala fortuna de tener una familia en los cuartos de al lado que hicieron mucho ruido. El área de gimnasio está abandonada.

I think there was a lot of people and the room was not clean and the towels have either chocolate or blood. The fact is that I believe it was way too expensive for the experience I got

Charming hotel in the city of the eternal spring
Only 54 rooms, warm service, delicious food, a big swimming pool and a tennis courtyard surrounded by beautiful gardens make the recipe for a perfect stay.

Si bien es cierto que el personal en general ofrecen un buen servicio, pero esto se opacó con la habitación 33: la peor de todas, camas viejas y duras, con vista a las cubetas y escobas, había que estar pidiendo toallas, shampoo. Y se disculparon diciéndome que habia llegado un grupo grande. O sea que si son dos personas son menos importantes.

El hotel es agradable, el buffet por las mañanas es lo mejor, sin embargo las habitaciones requieren de remodelación, las camas no son cómodas, los colchones son duros y las áreas como el mini golf, y área de niños parecen zonas olvidadas, requieren de mucho mantenimiento. Elegí el hotel porque describen una alberca climatizada sin embargo en varios momentos a lo largo del día se percibe fría y hay niños que no lo toleran adecuadamente.
