Great stay and staff at reception very pleasant - the staff in the restaurant at night not so much. Breakfast staff much nicer though. Lovely clean room and great having a shuttle bus to the terminal

We only stayed the one night before our flight, staff were efficient, friendly and the hotel was a great location for the airport. Free shuttle service to the airport was great too.

The first room I was given was disgusting and had not been cleaned-i have photos but they do not seem to be able to be uploaded. Perfectly happy to forward them to an email address. Towels on floor beds unmade, dirty cups and glasses! I did not receive the 20% discount on beverage snd when queried they said they had no record of it- not a good start at all. I was given a similar room one floor up with no real apology, not even the offer of a free cup of coffee let alone a free glass of wine! Was told their records said the room I was first given on their records was cleaned by housekeeping ( effectively abrogating responsibility.) I will NEVER use that establishment again or any hotel that may be in their stable!

Victoria at reception was so kind upon arrival to ensure that i got the early checkin. She was superb and answered all of my questions. Yasemin in the restaurant was super kind to me and answered all questions that i had, even recommended a wonderful curry dish. She truly made me feel seen. Shah at the front desk was also helpful when i needed to get a taxi for a brief outing. Unfortunately the room was not up to par. The carpet had spots/discoloration in it, and there was mold around the edge of the bathtub.
