Very disappointed front desk lady was horrible. I called room service for coffee at night and in the morning no answer. Front desk said I could come down and purchase coffee for $5 , really are ready upset that parking cost $40 for self parking but really I had no Kcup in room and I was offer to coffee for $5

This place is amazing! It’s right across the street from the beach that you can walk to and the view is beautiful. The rooftop bar also makes the stay even better. The staff is great as well.

We arrived early and had to pay $30 to get check in early. I’m not really sure why hotels think it’s OK to charge you a large fee to stay in their hotel but you don’t even stay for a whole day. Also, the room was definitely not very clean. I had to clean the bathroom myself to make it cleaned enough to use. Location is nice. We travel often. I just wasn’t very impressed with the property and amenities. The pool is very cold and no Jacuzzi. We want to get away for a night for our 33rd anniversary.

This was our first time to this property and we absolutely loved it! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the views were amazing! We will be back for sure!

Great spot in Dana Point. Maybe not as walkable to shops and restaurants as some other hotels but the rooms are spacious and updated and the price is great. The staff are very friendly and efficient. And they have nice outdoor spaces like a rooftop bar and patios with views of the ocean and the sunset.
