Good hotel but not so good services offered
Overall it’s a pretty clean, conveniently located (walking distance to the beach) and due to the special promo, was exceptional for the room charge. The only 2 negative comments about them is the parking charge for guests and no housekeeping service!

Room had something in it that we were allergic too.then we saw a lot of guests with dogs. Did pushups on the floor and smelled of urine. Could barley spend the night in it.

Room was clean. Enjoyed being right next to the ocean. Location felt safe. Staff were all very pleasant. Oh, there are no longer bike rentals available on site, that was a part of the prior ownership.

The hotel front desk on our late arrival was friendly! The hotel is clean. The Rooftop Lounge has a beautiful ocean view! The location is located onvenient to major spots in South Orange County and a good distance for a day trip to San Diego.

I booked this reservation 3 months in advance, requesting a corner top room & we were given a room on the second floor when I wanted the top top floor. When asked for that they were very rude. The service was terrible. We did not have our room serviced for 3 days despite requesting it to be cleaned. Front desk was very unfriendly. Not sure if we will stay here again. Our room was noisey, the coffee machine hardly worked, and beds/ bedding uncomfortable. Towels felt old. It was disappointing

Love staying here & walking to the beach where our friends camp. No bad things to say!! Wish the pool was heated for reals in the winter ( in my opinion 75 isn’t heated) Definitely stay here again .

Always a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and right across from the beach. The staff so considerate, polite and often times offer a free upgrade if available. Will be returning.
