I've stayed here before. This is one of the better motels. Clean and comfortable some minor repair needed but overall a good inexpensive place to stay.

Evidently 120$ US doesn’t get you much in overnight accommodation in rural MA /NH and this is the proof. Shower/ bath wouldn’t run water. Carpet installed in early 80s but hard to tell because of the terrible lighting in the room. Terrible lighting outside. Furniture from third rate garage sale. It has a rating of 8.6/10 which is completely misleading. It is a 2.5/10 at best

I’ve stayed her multiple times when I have to travel up to that area. The area feels very safe and the staff are friendly. The rooms could use some updating but they are clean and comfortable.

We only stayed there 1 night, for an event that we were attending. It was clean, plenty of parking and not far from the shopping area. I highly recommend going to Joes Fish restaurant/bar!!!!!

They don’t Honor Service Support Animals at all they throw us out the whole staff knew about our Service Support Animal even the owner’s nephew and they tried to take our money from my card and I called the owner and he hung up on me he is not a good person throwing and elderly woman and her daughter and service support animal out on the street and mother and daughter has health issues and health problems I would never stay there again.

This place is apt for short duration since it is like a basic motel which needs little improvements. Could have been a little better if provided with shampoo, body wash, conditioner etc... Breakfast could have been better since it had only donuts and coffee and nothing else. Well, you get what you pay for..
