Stayed for a week but felt the housekeeping was subpar. Ran out of soap, shampoo, etc. didn’t empty garbage, and found a blood pressure pill from a previous stay that was evidence of poor cleaning of the floor. We had a toddler find it! Luckily they showed us and nothing happened but we did take it to management (Courtney).

It would have been perfect if our bed didn't feel like I was sleeping in a hole. The mattress was significantly sunken in the middle. This was pretty uncomfortable.

Awful!
Bathroom smelled of urine; garbage cans overflowing in breakfast area; housekeeping called out so beds weren’t made and bathroom not cleaned; pancake machine out of service; pool shut down for repairs. Cars were parked outside our window so couldn’t open shades. Not to mention there was loud thumping noise in room above us.

This property is very clean, and very quiet. It was also nice that they had the property nice and cool on a somewhat warm day, and the AC unit in the room was not only quiet, but performed flawlessly. Nice to also have a fridge that didn’t keep us up all night, and nearby grocery store for convenience items. We’d definitely stay here again when booking in Hood River.
