The room was absolutely nasty. Bugs in the beds, urine stains on sheets, food or makeup smear all over pillows and sheets, duct tape on shower wall and around bathroom door handle, booger on wall above toilet paper, pubic hair in shower, floors unswept, crumbled food or something of the sort on the chairs, and all surfaces looked as if they hadnt even been cleaned with disinfectant or wiped down either. When told front desk about everything and that we were not staying, all they said was ok.

Room was dirty, no hot water, toilet wouldn’t flush and the door handle to our room came off in my hand! Was moved to another room which was a little cleaner but not by much! Whole hotel smelled like weed! Holes in the walls and doors didn’t have safety locks on the inside! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

The stopper in the sink was stuck closed. The key card for the door did not work. They had to use a devise to connect to the door to unlock it. There are 2 holes in the shower wall. The grab bar in the shower is gone. The bathroom door knob is loose.

Disgusting and Dirty- used mouse trap!!!
To say this place is disgusting, is an understatement. I have stayed here before, about 7 years ago, and expected it to be the similar run down Super 8. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and ended up only staying there for one night. We felt unsafe both physically and environmentally. To start, there was a dirty mouse trap behind our refrigerator, the smoke detector was gone and wires were hanging from the ceiling, the chair to sit on was stained and extremly soiled, there was a substance (likely poop) smeared on the wall by the toilet, another substance (I told my kids it was tomato soup because they were concerned that it was blood) splattered on the wall, there was a small roach that ran out from under my daughter's shoes in the morning, the extra door lock was broken off, the curtains were spattered with something gross and in disarray, we were greeted with an empty roll of used toilet paper, and the sink was completely cracked. All of this was only from one of our two rooms. The second room was dirty, but not as obviously disgusting as the first. The deadbolt in the 2nd room was broken off, making no way to securely lock the door. The least of our concerns was that both rooms smelled and no food items were served despite breakfast included being advertised.

The property is nasty roaches and fleas!! The downstairs smells horrible because o dogs!!! And hotels should not have carpet an welcome dogs!! And no long mirrors in the rooms and need to serve breakfast

On a scale of 1-10 for cleanliness I'll give it a 1! Bed bug dirty curtains looks like boogers on the wall. I had requested a shower of hair because I'm handicapped and they gave me a regular dining chair. This place is awful!!

I didn't like any of the property. I explicitly booked a nonsmoking room and did not get it. Had to stay in a smoking room which stunk to high heaven. Drapes and bedding had burn holes all over them. Doors had wholes and some had no veneer left to them. My shower didn't work. Then changed to a nonsmoking the next day doors should have been in the dump and the mattress was buckled. I'll never stay there again and Travelocity should not represent them.

The place was in very bad condition, including a burnt outlet still in use for the air conditioning. Also housekeeping did a horrible job... Found gloves and and other stuff. Even the door handle looked contaminated. All in all, I'd call it a slum.
