Would i stay there again. Probably not
Had to turn shower on all the way to get warm water. Paid for breakfast first day was good. 2nd was ok, but I can understand with it being Christmas. 3rd day sucked with still limited. Breakfast sandwiches tasted like they were leftover from the day before. They didn't even have the tea out like they did the 1st day. Was told hot tub was down when we checked in and would be fix in the morning. Was still down when we checked out.

Unable to get assistance from Expedia or the hotel as it was “past check in time” since I was attempting to make a reservation two months in advance at 2300. Very unhappy with the entire process and would not recommend this property or Expedia due to these issues.

Every one was super nice except our host in the breakfest area. Overall nice hotel and very clean. A big wedding party rented out the second floor for a wedding reception and I didnt hear a thing!

The room was great. Clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. However, we went into the restaurant for dinner and one breakfast. The food was ok but not anything that I would order or go to again. The staff there did not seem to be interested in keeping the tables clean or any of the supplies for the breakfast stocked and ready for use. It was a disappointment.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. What I didn't like is, we paid for a breakfast buffet that was pretty much what other hotels offer free of charge. Nothing special about the food offerings for $12.99 a person. My daughter and her family stayed at another hotel nearby and received more food offerings and was free.

Staff go above and beyond for you
Booked the one bedroom suite and the rooms were huge. Assistant Manager did an excellent job with the room door lock issue. Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. My husband and I are looking forward to our next stay here. The location is extremely convenient to everything Davenport/Bettendorf has to offer. The spa and pool were great! We recommend staying here.

Great Stay
Very pleasant stay. Very nice comfortable clean room. Remote for TV did not work it we weren't really bothered by it. Also great location. Easy access to major roads.
