The overall rating will be 3 out of 5. Staff are friendly and helpfu. There are few things that can be improves. The coffe machine has no tea or coffe bags. A crack runs through about 7-10 floor tiles. The cleaner is adamant to take trash and exchanged dirty towels even though we opted for her not clean our room.

Loved the free breakfast. The staff is super friendly, especially the woman working the breakfast. Absolutely hated the bathroom. It had a bathtub which very much matters to me, but it was not functional as a bath. There was no stopper for the tub and even in bathtub mode the shower still rained down on me. Because of my health I need to soak so I used the bottom once. The condition of the pool area was quite poor.

The property was really nice and the pool and hot tub were so great. Kids had a blast. Frequently didnt have towels but the front desk lady was working hard to wash some and get them to us even thought thats not part of what she should have to do. I see her managing the place real soon if she isnt already. She was nice

The shelf the refrigerator sat on was all cracked up. The freezer in the little refrigerator leaked water. There was spots that looked like burn marks on the floor. One of my kids threw up and we were told to put the bedding in the hall and they would come back to get it. It was still there 2 days later at check out time. The lady at the front desk said she was wondering why it was in the hallway because no one said anything about it.
