This was the pits! Very dirty, run down. No bathroom door in our room. Bathroom ceiling falling down. No beach access due to construction for past 2 years. Save your money and do not go here! Most of the staff were unfriendly and not helpful. Breakfast was a joke, ran out of most everything even the plastic silverware. This place should be torn down....never again!!!!

Review: I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired—there were black spots of mold on the window curtains and stains on the dining chairs, which was quite unpleasant. The noise levels were unbearable, making it impossible to rest or relax. Additionally, the rooms are connected, offering little privacy, which added to the discomfort. Overall, this hotel needs significant improvement in maintenance and updates to meet basic standards. I hope management addresses these issues soon.

It wasn’t a terrible place hit not the best. Pros- comfortable/clean bed with newer furniture, ocean view, clean pools, soft clean towels, free breakfast but not hot (muffins/cereal/yogurt/bagels), pleasant staff, quick easy check in. Cons- old/run down dark hallways, missing threshold between carpet and tile with edge of tile sticking up a good bit, no beach access but right now that most of the beach, the bathroom was disgusting (brown stains on walls, mildew behind toilet, mismatched tiles and old swelled up shelves and the door wouldn’t close. (I think maybe they are remodeling because the bed area was nice and new and the bathrooms were terrible. But idk) and the elevators took forever and the stairwells were not well lit….it think half of what we paid would be fair for what they had to offer at the moment.

The place was more like a motel the room was nasty and smelled the bath rooom was nasty water damage everywhere on walls and trim we couldn’t go out on the balcony cause of the strong smell of cigarettes and the place was supposed to be smoke free the bedding was pretty stainded up

No beach access yet for the price it was what we expected . It was clean little dated don’t know about the stove looked bad we didn’t even think about using it. Biggest issue was the tv remote was crap couldn’t hook up our fire stick. Location is good

Do not go there with your family.
It was the worst experience ever. Customers were smoking w**d in their balcony and downstairs by the pool. I could not open the door to enjoy my beach view due to the smell coming to my room. I saw some smoking cigarettes in the elevator as well. Bathrooms were dirty, broken door locks, all package breakfast items. I do not recommend anyone to go there specially with your families.

Deceptive photos
After my daughter found two small cockroaches in her room, it went downhill from there. In the bathroom, a tile was missing with rust stains inside the tub. The mattress was so soft that you would sink to the middle of the bed. Turing from one side to another was a chore. Overall, the room was not clean. The photos on Hotel.com is not the actual reality. It was too late to fnd another hotel.

No beach Access For Plus Roaches is in the Room
There not honest at all. There is no access to the beach for whatever reason. When you get to the hotel they make you sign an agreement that you can’t complain so you have no choice to agree because you already paid for the hotel and it’s non-refundable. It smells so bad roaches where everywhere in the room we stay. I did tell the admin about the roaches she just told me it’s normal in Florida. I would suggest to deep clean all the room or hire a pest control for the safety of the guest. I would encourage them to update the website and let the customer know that there is no beach access at the moment until it’s available. I would suggest that the room smells can cause allergies to people. So, unhappy with my stay even we are booked for two nights we did not stay for health purposes reason.

Things I liked was the comfort of the bed and pillows and I loved the view. Didn’t like that the spa tub didn’t work, the room was very rusty and out dated with chipping, discolor, and rusting. Towels and washcloths were limited.

At evening our room smelled of marijuana. We called the front desk and they sent up a security guard, who could not believe how strong it was. They ultimately did nothing about the smell. At 4:20 in the morning the people in the neighboring room were banging on the door asking if their pizza had been delivered to our room. Needless to say we checked out the next morning cutting our trip two days short.

I would highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel. There were several things wrong, some we could get past and some we could not. First off the door to room 406 did not work properly. You had to pull it to you for the key to unlock it. Then it had to be slammed shut. The top lock inside the door was broken. The head board that was suppose to be attached to the wall was crooked and falling off, we had to take it off so it wouldn’t fall on us. The room constantly smelled of weed. During the middle of the night I was greeted by the biggest cockroach I have honestly ever seen in my life. I tried the kill it but it ran under the stove. It later visited my husband in the bathroom where he was able to kill it. There is no beach access because they are remodeling the sea wall which is fine but there was large equipment all over the pool/patio area. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night, left out early that morning, and the door would not shut at all by that point.
