I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, which can only be described as awful, horrible, unbelievable, and disgusting.
From the moment I checked in, my experience was marred by non-stop door slamming throughout the night, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, I was shocked to find cockroaches and other bugs in my room, raising serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of your establishment.
Moreover, I found the hotel management to be quite rude and unhelpful when I raised these issues. It is unacceptable to encounter such a lack of professionalism, especially in a hospitality setting. Furthermore, the hotel does not reflect the standards promised in your advertising, leading to feelings of being misled.
Due to these numerous issues, I feel compelled to escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as I believe your hotel is not only unacceptable but also unsafe for guests.
