Worst ever

Room was filthy, coffee pot still had old coffee left in maker, floors were dirty and our feet were black from walking on the floor. We were supposed to check in at 4 but had to wait for room to be cleaned until 4:45. They never cleaned it, but said they did. My wife had to clean the room. Old sheets were left on the pullout bed. Do not stay here. Ruined our stay. To make it right they took off the cleaning fee. All they did was give us back what they didn’t do. You have been warned.

Lots of broken items including: toilet handle, dresser drawers, closet knob, ice cube trays. No televison instructions. The TV in living room would not come on at all, the one in the bed room turned on, but could not get any programming. The floors & balcony were dirty. After walking barefoot my feet were black. The furniture on the balconey consisted of 2 cheap chairs & no table. There was no water pressure in 2nd vanity sink. It's difficult to believe any property manager would represent it in that condition. We requested our cleaning deposit back.

Nice property to rent

We stayed with our seven-year-old daughter. The property is nice and has a beautiful view on the 24th floor immediately facing am amazing view of the ocean. There are a few things that could make this property much nicer including the following: Broom with dust pan Small vacuum cleaner Kids friendly cups Oven pans Additional cooking utensils that are more robust More bath towels Small table outside in balcony Tea pot Slow cooker Salad spinner Stainless steel colander for draining hot spaghetti There was a sign in the room asking to treat the property as our own home. Without a broom/dust pan and small vacuum it was difficult to keep it as clean as our own home. A swiffer spray mop would be a definite plus as well especially for the kitchen and bathroom/Jacuzzi area. There were a number of plus points for this property including the following: Nicely equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave & blender Your own washer and dryer in the unit Personal Jacuzzi Comfortable bed Wristbands which allow easy access to the room, parking & property 24hr check-in Close to the movie theater and restaurant area Quite rooms, never heard our neighbors The linens were OK on the bed however would be nice if they were just a little bit better quality but still acceptable. There are a few personal items that are available including small soaps, shampoos, conditioners and dish soap as well as a few laundry & dishwasher pods. You should keep in mind you’ll need to purchase your own supplies, which is fine. Unfortunately we did not interact directly with the owners. It seems that the property managers handle everything. We requested a later checkout time and we were told by the property managers that was completely unacceptable. We had to absolutely leave the property by 10 AM sharp.

It Was Okay

Liked the layout of the unit and was happy with its cleanliness. However, the furniture - except for the bed - was old, worn and uncomfortable. And pretty much every surface was scratched and cracked. Ran out of toilet paper on the last night. Went to the hotel desk just to see if we could get one more roll. They said no. Didn’t want to buy more for just one night so stole it from a public restroom. A broom and/or vacuum cleaner might have also been helpful.

Great location alot to do in walking distance

Needs updating furniture is well worn pull out couch is useless . Had an overnight guest ended up sleeping on the floor . Dresser draws are broken TV had issues would freeze up half way through a show . On the upside very clean and spacious master bed was comfortable. Well supplied dishes coffee pot ect . Hotel is great also very clean staff is friendly . Stay away from the pizza place across the street Check out Don Vitios for Itailan food Unreal the best

Honeymoon Paradise

This was the best room to have during our honeymoon. It had a beautiful view of the beach and a breath taking view of the sunrise on the beach. The resort had lots of things to do and places to explore. There was never a time where we didn't know what to do during our stay here. The room and resort were clean and we notice that the staff was cleaning constantly throughout our stay. This made us feel more comfortable especially during covid times. Would highly recommend to our family and friends. This will always be a trip to remember.

Wonderful Condo

Ocean Walk was a perfect condo for us. Beautiful and clean. Great pools and lazy river. Shirt walk to beach. Great bar. Courteous staff. Great location. The condo unit itself needs updated. TVs don’t work and you can’t see the ocean due to balcony not being rails. Needs higher seating out there. It was well maintained. We loved our stay overall.

Outstanding location & view!

We were really impressed with this location and the amenities included. The condo was spacious and we loved the big jetted tub. The view from the balcony was spectacular!! The location was amazing. We could walk to most places for dining and entertainment. Really appreciated having laundry in unit and that the place had provided useful things like hand soap and dish soap. The only negatives were the check in process (they couldn't find our reservation at first so it took a while) and the bedding had some spots on it that didn't look too clean. Otherwise we felt it was perfect and really loved our stay! Will definitely be back.

The condo was nice. Amazing view of the ocean and pools. Check in was not good. Wyndham Ocean Walk had none of my rental information. I had to call vacasa and they had to send an email with my info. Took an hour to check in. Not good!
