Ready days after Hurricane Milton
It was alot of work for them to have the hotel ready in days after major hurricane Milton. Hotel took alot of damage, and in a short time they were ready for Biketoberfest.

Property over all was good considering a hurrine recently went thru oct 24 . Staff was friendly n helpful. Liked that they had a seperate space for our motorcycle, also with security. Only thing I didn't like was the water pressure, I have long thick hair so it took forever to wash n condition. But all in all it was a great stay.

Amazing oceanfront view!
Had an amazing mini vaca at Perry's Resort. It was clean, the room well appointed. We stayed in the oceanfront efficiency. It had a full kitchen, 2 beds, dining table and chairs and I believe the couch would also make a bed. The ocean view was so nice. It did not matter the grounds were still in disarray due to the recent hurricanes that passed through the area. We truly enjoyed the stay. Some small food choices nearby, plus a grocery store across the street. The staff we had contact with were friendly. We will stay there again.

We knew damage from the storm, we are local, so no worries. 1 elevator down was inconvenient due to the weekend. We had to pay to park our Motorcycles. I didnt like that, and it was the first time. We probably will check first, if you still gotta pay, we may book somewhere else. We have stayed at Perrys a bunch. One of us always books the room or rooms during the events.

Typical of most hotels in Daytona, the exterior of the property does not portray the best upkeep. But it certainly wasn't run down. The room was great. The view of the ocean is awesome. One of the Pools and hot tub were in great shape. The other was closed due to recent storm damage. The staff was exceptional. All of them.

Perry’s was hit hard by Hurricane Milton and had just opened back up the day before we arrived! We LOVED our room location and will definitely be returning in the future! The most amazing part of our entire stay was the EXTREMELY courteous, friendly and helpful employees! It’s a rarity in today’s world and was so refreshing!

BEWARE. Poorly maintained and managed. We had a 5 day reservation. After check in we found the condition of the room and the property to be in disrepair and run down. Trip hazards, broken glass, stale rooms, damp bed linens, doors hanging off hinges and slippery wet floors. We immediately checked out and let the front desk know about our findings. They still billed me for the entire stay. The place is a MONEY TRAP. Walk the property and DEMAND to check your room before check in. I guarantee you will not like what you see. Expedia tried to help with the situation but Perry's management refused to make any concessions. They just took the money and ran.

We arrived after Hurricane Milton, all thing considered Hotel did an amazing job. No TV No wi-fi and looks like mother Nature is washing away the Beach. Thanks to all staff who did wonderful Job !

Let Down
It was not as advertised. Ammenities were out of service. The heater of the indoor pool was broken. The hot tub was out of order. The cable and internet service was out of order. The outdoor areas were a wreck. The bed was comfortable but that was it. It was not a good stay.
