The Amenities:
• Hot Tub!
• Rooftop deck with plenty of furniture to sit outside and enjoy the mountain views!
• Steam Shower in the master bathroom along with soaker tub. In floor heat in all full bathrooms!
• The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, featuring a commercial stove and there is a grill on the deck. We also have a coffee bar (complimentary coffee, tea, creamers, and sugars).
• The master bedroom features a king size bed and the other guest rooms each have queen size beds. There are 2 queen size sleeper sofas in the basement living area. We have a Queen size air mattress with headboard as well to help accommodate large groups.

*Each stay will include 2 free day passes to Spearfish's newest gym, Level Up. Located about 5 minutes from the property, you and your guests can enjoy access to strength and cardio equipment, sauna, and tanning. Additional day passes can be purchased online.
The Entertainment:
• Gaming consoles! We have a Nintendo, Sega, Super Nintendo, Nintendo64, and several games to play on a three TV set up!
• We have Roku TV's with YoutubeTv and Netflix provided, and fast Wi-Fi throughout our home
• 2 New arcades: Head-to-Head Pac-Man and Mortal Kombat!
• Poker/Game table with board games, toys, and books available
The Layout:
• You’ll enter the home in the foyer. From there you can go up a flight of stairs to be on the main level with kitchen, living, dining, rooftop deck, backyard access, office, half bath, and master bedroom/bathroom. From the foyer, you can go down half a flight of stairs to access the basement living, additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry room. Please see our pictures for floor plan.
The neighborhood and location:
• We are in a very nice neighborhood with no backyard neighbors so you get to enjoy plenty of scenery. You often have deer and turkeys visiting you! The bike path connecting you to downtown Spearfish starts just down the street and there is a playground as well. We are about a mile to groceries, coffee shops, fuel, restaurants, and the highway. Access to Spearfish Canyon is just over 2 miles away.
• Our home has a 4-car garage, however the initial approach to the driveway is a little steep so please approach slowly. Please do not park in front of neighbor homes or park in front of mailboxes
• All paved roads
Spearfish is a great hub in the Black Hills!
o You are close to great hiking and biking at Lookout Mountain, Crow Peak, and the Spearfish Canyon.
o Head over to Deadwood (15 minutes) for concerts, gambling, and shopping.
o Skiing at Terry Peak in Lead is about 30 minutes away.
o Do some sightseeing in Custer, Keystone, and Sylvan Lake about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Be sure to check out Crazy Horse and Mount Rushmore along the way!
o Rapid City offers a lot of great activities and concerts (about 45 minutes away). Ellsworth Air Force Base has a great Air Museum and there are plenty of activities for kids like Bear Country, Storybook Island, and Reptile Gardens.
The Nitty Gritty:
• No parties or events are allowed to be hosted at the home. Our home is located in a neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors in regards to parking, noise, and street traffic. We do ask that groups be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise down after 11:00pm weekends, 10:00pm weekdays, especially on the deck.
• After 4 guests, we charge an extra guest fee of $20 per night per guest. As you can see, we provide a lot of extras to make our home comfortable and accommodating, but with more guests comes more use of these things as well as more time to prepare and clean the home. We feel that even with the fee, you are getting an amazing value compared to having to book multiple hotel rooms to accommodate a larger group. Please book for the accurate amount of people.
• We do allow up to 2 dogs to stay in our home during a stay (no other pets allowed due to allergies). There is a $75 fee per dog when booking. We love to be able to have pets in our home, but it does require significantly more work for cleaning after they stay and we pride ourselves on a clean home for our guests. We ask that you do not allow pets on the furniture or in bed with you and to clean up the yard from your stay (there is a scoop and trash can provided). Please be sure to include the information on pets when booking.
• No smoking inside or in the garage
• Weather cancellation policy: Due to the nature of where we live, we do not offer refunds for weather related events unless the DOT closes the highway or roads prohibiting travel to our town. We experience winter 6+ months out of the year and our area is equipped to handle the snow. We want you to feel comfortable with traveling, but cannot afford to have our calendar tied up only to have last minute cancellations for several months out of the year.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. We want you to know about the additional fees up front so there are no complications or surprises once you book.
**Quiet Hours after 10:00pm for rooftop deck. Please be respectful of our neighbors with noise level in the outdoor area.
**No events/large parties allowed.
**Please park in garage, driveway, or directly in front of home. Please do not park in front of neighbors houses or block mailboxes.
**No smoking inside or in the garage, a $200 fee will be charged for guests who break this rule to cover the cost of carpet cleaning, dry cleaning of linens, and the inability to rent out the unit while these additional cleaning measures are taking place. If you smoke in the outdoor patio areas, please clean up cigarette butts.
