Nice hotel but inconsistent service
The room was nice. The breakfast and dinner was also very nice. Generally a nice hotel. My only issue was that their front office staff needs to be better trained. I waited 2 hours to checkin because their computers were not working. The least they could have had done was offered me coffee. Will stay at another hotel in aerocity next time as there are several options with better service.

Actually from overseas it was difficult arranging for the shuttle to the hotel from the airport. I persevered and there was a. Shuttle The breakfast is amazing. I’m sorry my stay was so short, the pool looked very good. Others were enjoying it Easy shuttle back to the airport
