The property is very nice. Location is good. They are working on some things around the property building things so there is construction going around but not affecting the hotel in anyway. I definitely recommend this hotel and I definitely will stay here again.

We stayed there for one night. I accidentally left my phone charger plugged in. I called the next day to retrieve it and they stated it was not there. This is NOT true. Someone - did not turn it in - housekeeping. Makes me very angry.

Perfect location for patients of UC Health. Staff friendly and helpful. Great to have onsite dining option. Room clean but very basic and stark. Room facing Colfax had nice view but quite noisy.

The facility overall looked clean. The staff and friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great. In our room, overall, it was clean. Just a couple of items were dusty. We did noticed was that notice the trash can outside was always full. There was construction just right next door, the noise is understandable. But overall we had a good stay.
