This unit had an excellent view of the ocean, beach, pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the hot tub every night, too chilly for the pool. Miles and miles of beach to walk.

High grade rental in every respect. Very clean throughout. Great ocean views. Door to balcony newer, heavy construction and sound proof. Furnishings updated and patio table and chairs first rate. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Granite surfaces. Kitchen furnished with high grade utensils and numerous dishes and cookware. Nice additional ice maker. Close to several quality dining and golf options. We would certainly stay in this unit again if in the area.

It was awesome the condo was clean and updated Bedrooms were on opposite end of condo so privacy was good and if someone wanted to watch tv it didn’t disturb the other The beach view was amazing and the malls were close by anything you wanted was within a few blocks we had an amazing stay

My family stayed here for 4 days. Condo was very clean. Master bedroom bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Condo is in perfect spot of building. You can over look the pool ocean hot tub. Way condo is setup you view ocean from every room accept second bedroom. Private beach was really nice. This being a smaller building less people on beach so it’s not crowded. Paradise.

Indulge in a luxurious getaway at this updated and beautiful property in Destin! As a corner unit, you'll enjoy both pool and ocean views from the windows. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a large air mattress at the property. Despite my recent hip injury, the proximity to the beach and elevators made it easy for me to enjoy the pool, sand, and sea with my children. When I had WiFi issues with my baby monitor, Chris promptly resolved the problem. Don't miss out on this incredible property - we're making it our annual tradition!

Appreciated the fast communication over a minor floor cleanliness issue expected in any rental anywhere because not everyone removes their shoes and palmetto bug issue which we fully expected being in a very busy condo setting that you'd run into ANYWHERE in Florida. it was quickly taken care of by their hospitable cleaning partners and we would love to come back! highly recommend! Thanks, again!

This is a nice condo but there was not any beach equipment included at all. Unless you bring all your beach stuff with you, you will need to rent chairs and umbrella which was pricey. Nice covered parking. Destin was beautiful.

Great place for a family vacation.
The view is incredible. The beach access was easy and the pool on the way back to the room is a really nice way to relax from kids running all around the beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and some were within walking distance. If you’re familiar with current Destin, you realize the importance of having access to places within walking distance. Great place that we will definitely be staying at in the future.

Such an amazing trip with a big surprise to kick it off! The condo was perfect and the location is great! We loved the beach access, pool and hot tub. Its probably a lot to ask of a condo to have chairs and beach supplies for their guests never knowing how theyll be taken care of. The chair/umbrella rentals on the beach add up really quick. We were kind of surprised to find no common kitchen essentials in the condo. Salt, pepper, foil, etc. But other than that it had everything we couldve needed! We will most definitely be back!

Amazing location
It can always be a bit stressful booking a trip and attempting to judge a property by a few pictures, so we typically rely on reviews to help in our decision making. Our family of 4 (w/2 boys 9 & 10) spent a week in this property and could not have been happier! Communication was quick and easy from arrival through check out, the only thing we had a hard time with was leaving the incredible views! The 4th floor location meant we could easily opt for stairs or elevator, and the balcony view was above the palm trees, high enough to see the rays and dolphins swimming near the beach without feeling uncomfortable with our kids sitting outside without us. The unit itself had a perfect layout and accommodations for our family; it was clean and comfortable and ideally situated for easy access to everything we wanted to see/do in the area, we can’t wait to visit again! If you’re considering this unit, book with confidence that the listing is accurate, and really undersells how amazing it really is.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
My husband, daughter & I were taking our first family trip so I wanted to book the perfect condo, and I truly could not have been happier with this property. The location is perfect-close to every store (Publix, Target, Walmart, CVS/Walgreens, etc), great restaurants (Fish On Seafood was our favorite), activities (HarborWalk Village & Gulfarium are great for kids) and you are RIGHT on the beach. Being right on the beach was incredible; especially with having a toddler, it was so nice to be able to get “home” quickly if needed. The beach itself is so beautiful - it was so clean and the water is crystal clear. The views from the unit are incredible, we saw so many dolphins every single morning from the balcony. The unit is also so much bigger than it seemed in pictures! You feel extremely safe-you need to put in a code at a gate before entering the property & another code before entering the actual building. I liked that the building was smaller, it was quiet & the beach was not crowded. The unit was incredibly clean; I am a germaphobe and I was so happy with how clean everything was! You can tell it was professionally cleaned right before we arrived & it smelled amazing. I rented a crib and let the property manager, Chris, know. It was perfectly set up in the second bedroom when we arrived. Chris was kind and helpful. He answered all of my messages so quickly and I feel very confident that if we needed anything, he would have helped immediately. I HIGHLY recommend!!
