Nice condo with great views and location
Liked the condo and location. Owner was very prompt with answers to inquiries. A/C quit working the last night we were there, but no other issues with the condo. Did not like the way that the condos rope off the beaches and set up hundreds of beach chairs and umbrellas so that renters are forced to rent chairs or not have access to the beach front. We had our own chairs and had to set up behind all of the rental chairs, putting us way back away from the waterfront. Have not seen this at any other beaches in Florida that we have been to.

Great condo at a great beach
Very easy check-in process. Fast elevators. Ample luggage carts. Reliable air conditioning and it did the job in Florida heat! Three full bedrooms and 3 full baths with smart floor plan. CLEAN at the condo. CLEAN at the pools. Very nice amenities and beach access. This place was a great value.

Just what we asked for!
From check in to departure, the unit served our needs as advertised. Location and amenities were great. The unit was spacious, clean and with everything needed fir a great week. End unit so very little noise and balconies were pleasant. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property and fantastic vacation
Family vacation (10 people total) with 5 of us staying in this unit. The condo was great, very well stocked, had great views and was very convenient to everything! Already planning for next year! Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful experience. The condo was exactly how it was described. When we arrived it was very easy to check in. The property manager communicated all necessary information and was quick to respond to all questions. The condo was very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Condo was also very spacious-we had 2 couples and three children. Plenty of room! Also a very quick walk to the beach!

We enjoyed our week at Pelican Terrace. The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. We loved that there were plenty of bath towels for everyone. There were also several nice beach chairs available to use. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the amount of umbrellas/chairs on the beach but I guess that’s unavoidable with such a large complex.

Awesome condo-large rooms attractively decorated
My only advice is if you decide to rent beach chairs the rental company stated no chairs in front of the the three rows-they did not enforce that-people brought their own chairs and sat up there. We rented 3 sets- but the wouldn't set them together. 5 people could fit nicely under a large umbrella. This rental company has nothing to do with the quality of the rental.

Absolutely perfect for our group.
Tom was excellent In communication process. Condo is spacious and kitchen in spacious enough for several to be in at the same time. We had five adults and three children in town for a softball tournament and we were not cramped at all. I would highly recommend.
