A perfect place to relax and listen to the ocean waves. New owners have updated the furnishings, added quartz countertops and a tile backsplash. Seasonal Beach service (March 15 - October 31) is included with your rental. 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach! NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH. Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite TV apps! Cable not provided.

This property sleeps 4. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom and a full sized airbed is also available (with linens). Perfect for a small family with younger children!

Great for small families!
Everything was wonderful! The location was great, especially having 2 younger kids in tow! The walk to the beach couldn’t have been easier for us! Condo was the perfect size for a family of 4, we had everything we needed. Communication was quick and everyone was very helpful. The complementary beach chair service saved us a lot of time and space! Would absolutely stay here again!

Like, ON the beach!
We had a great trip despite double red flags and a tropical storm. Of course, neither of these things were the fault of the property. Here are my thoughts on the property. Pros: One story, so no one is stomping like a herd of elephants above. Your parking is right in front of your door making unloading/loading a breeze. Location is very close to the beach. You can step out your door and mosey down to the water and back whenever you want without all of the fanfare of having to pack up, catch an elevator with 20 other people, and hoof it 20 minutes to the beach. The condo comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella right in front of the condo on the beach which is a private beach. The chair guys were super helpful! Small bathroom is remodeled and nice! Cons: The A/C is loud as hell when it kicks on and off. The walls are a little thin so we could hear our neighbors when they got to hollering. The couch is a little worn, creaks badly when you sit in it, and probably warrants replacing. There isn't a covered patio or balcony. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was just my husband and I. The property is great for a couple and maybe a small child, but any more than that might be a challenge.

Amazing Location!
The kitchen was “tired” but it was very clean.; the living room furniture was loved & well used. We spent all our time on the beach so this property met our expectations with the location being above our expectations. We parked immediately outside our unit (easy unloading our car). We walked across the parking lot to the stairway to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Best Place To Stay
I f you are looking for a place that is LITERALLY on the beach, THIS IS IT. The one-story building, the full kitchen and community access to the charcoal grill allows you to check in and STAY. Other than the two trips to the grocery store (a three-minute Drive), we never went anywhere except the beach (30 seconds from the condo). A more relaxing vacation cannot be found.
