This unique, two-story condo end unit with plenty of natural light has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and the open floor plan offers ample room for up to 11 guests. The spacious living area provides plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and a doorway leading to the L-shaped, fully furnished wraparound balcony boasting views of the Gulf. The living room also opens up to two separate dining areas, one with a table with four seats and the second with a beautiful six-seat table. You will also find six barstools in the elegant, chef-inspired kitchen. The open and airy kitchen features granite countertops and unrivaled appliances.
The Master bedroom, located upstairs, provides a king bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a double vanity sink, walk in shower and whirlpool tub. The second large bedroom upstairs has two double beds, a twin-size sleeper bed, a flat screen TV, a door leading to the balcony with views of Crystal Beach as well as an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom is located downstairs and provides a double bed and flat screen TV. The final bedroom is also downstairs and has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and an adjoining bathroom. This spacious condo has windows on three sides-so light and open!
This four-bedroom condo also comes with two sets of beach service set ups seasonally March-October.
