This fine Emerald Towers condo has a beautiful upscale traditional décor that is both elegant and comfortable. You will surely enjoy the fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico from a private eighth-floor balcony. The kitchen has upgraded countertops, full-size appliances, and everything needed to make home-cooked meals. The living area is well-appointed with two upscale sofas, a fine glass-top dining table, and a separate bar to prepare your favorite cocktails.

All the bedrooms offer designer bedding, nicely appointed furniture, TVs, and DVD players. The main bedroom has access to the Gulf-front balcony. Additional amenities include a CD stereo system and a private washer/dryer.

The condo was gorgeous but the water was cold in the shower most days and one of the balcony doors were broken. Loved the decor and overall setup.

Great spring break stay

The view from this condo was amazing ! Great living room space for 3-4 families to hang out. Nice gym and tennis courts. Kitchen floor was dirty and there were minimal kitchen supplies and utensils. Not enough forks, no tongs. Bring your own grilling utensils.

Run down in need of ATTENTION,

Emerald Towers is a great location, well kept and nice people. Unit 801 is in bad shape, desperately needs deep cleaning, all the rugs are just completely nasty, the rugs in bathrooms haven’t been washed in months, every wall is damaged, dirty and in need of fresh paint or wallpaper. Kitchen is very poorly stocked , ice maker doesn’t work. All bathrooms are very slow draining, master bath has leak under sink. Curtains in living room are falling down and disgustingly dusty. Furniture is dirty, worn, stained. We had to search under couches for lost iPad and found someone else’s dirty socks and a lot of filth leftover from lack of cleaning. Dining chairs need replacing. It’s a spacious condo with lovely views, such a shame to let it fall into disrepair. The condo owner should be embarrassed and the management company should be ashamed.

This condo was dirty and run down

The property manager never communicated with me after booking despite multiple emails. Place was moldy. Mildew on floors, ceiling coming apart, serious lack of basic kitchen supplies. The walls, ceiling, cabinets in very bad shape, very beat up condo. Dishwasher did not work, ac could not be set below 70 or would freeze up.
