PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9, 2024. Please review the important details below to help you plan your stay:

-Construction will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends if required.
-Guests will likely experience construction noise and other inconveniences during these hours.
-Outdoor amenities will be closed until early June 2025, including:

-Outdoor Pool
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
-Grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation.
-The indoor pool and gym will remain open during regular operating hours.
-This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation. All dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, labor availability, or supply chain issues.

Check out the fitness facility then partake in our seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), an outdoor tiki bar, and a splash pad for the kids (seasonal). SunDestin Unit 1811 is a bright and cheerful one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Re-energize in this vibrant unit filled with beachy decor and cozy furnishings. Check out the amazing gulf-front views from your private balcony, readily accessible in this open-concept floor plan. Prep meals and snacks in the kitchen, packed with anything you might need, or chill in the living room watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. Catch a catnap in the living room with a sleeper sofa, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite, which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Spend the day on property or venture out to enjoy dinner on the harbor at the Destin Harborwalk just five minutes away. Live like a local at Margaritaville, known for fresh seafood, tropical drinks and live entertainment nightly!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
