The property is ideally located for first timers like us. Just up from sound of music tour, just over from xmas market and near lots of nice shops and cafes

Great hotel and very helpful staff. Clean and at a walkable distance from the center. Confortable. My wife and I stayed two nights and walked to the center every day. Just a hint, not related to the hotel, don't use Uber, use taxis, the Uber drivers will accept your request and then message you that they have another customer and they will be 30 min late, or they will just pick someone else and leave you waiting!! I waited for 30min, asking uber to find another driver, and all uber drivers did the same. So use taxis, they are metered and friendly.

We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and this hotel was perfect for us. We booked the suite which had 2 bedrooms (a king size bed and a pullout couch) and we are all very comfortable. The people at the front desk were very friendly and provided great recommendations. The hotel is at a great location, walking distance from many attractions. The hotel has a restaurant which was extremely convenient for those days when the kids were tired. I would 100% recommend this hotel!

We stayed for one day, and the reception staff, particularly Milan, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering valuable guidance about the Salzburg Christmas market. The restaurant staff were equally welcoming and attentive. With its excellent location and warm hospitality, everything was perfect.
