Overall gem! close to train station, great location, close to everything. Great staff. Awesome breakfast. Would recommend without reservation.

Everything was awesome, from the cleanliness of the property to the friendliness of the staff. Raffa, Glenda, Marco, Carolina, Micks, and Vincent greeted us with a smile and superior hospitality multiple times everyday. They all were very helpful with assisting us trying to locate our checked luggage from the airport to helping me find a local golf course to suggesting food for us to try to trying to locate the many wine windows around the city. We will visit Italy again one day and we already decided that this property will be where we stay while we are there. Thank you for everything. (And just in case Raffa and Glenda sees this, our checked luggage never left the Charlotte airport...smh)

Brilliant location in the heart of the historic centre of Florence and so close to all the main sights. Staff are wonderful - helpful and courteous and always there to provide a recommendation if needed. Rooms are stunning - beautifully designed with a mix of old and new, we particularly loved the exposed brickwork, the high ceilings and the tiles in the bathroom. Just be aware some rooms within the same category aren’t as great as others - our son and his girlfriend had a room with a tiny shower whilst we had one that was massive.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The entire hotel was spotless. The location was central to most historic sites/museums , made the entire trip enjoyable.

Stayed 2 nights fantastic location central Florence walking distance to all attractions. Modern hotel with all facilities you would require..gym,spa, excellent restaurant. Breakfast was beautifully presented (buffet) everything was available. Staff excellent service, room very comfortable would definitely stay again.
