NO POOL - BE AWARE
DOES NOT HAVE AN INDOOR POOL, NEED TO FIX THE DESCRIPTION ON THE WEB. Also, we had to call the front desk to get the light fixed in the bathroom, the maintenance guy came, tried a lightbulb, it didn't work and said he would be back. Never came back and we never had light in our bathroom for the entire stay.

I booked 2 rooms for a business meeting and they couldn't have put us further from each other. Even though I never heard anyone come in and out of the room next to me, it made it very inconvenient for our business meetings. Also, the pipes in 239 were extremely loud and kept us awake at night.

We stayed with 4 family . Its very good and 15 mins from airport. Breakfast is nice. I wish rooms are more sound proof so can avoid the sounds from top building.

Overall, we would recommend this hotel - clean, free parking, close to Leesburg Premium Outlets and other shopping places and lots of dining places in the area. Breakfast is ok. The only part that we don’t like is we came here expecting to use their indoor pool. However, when we got there we were told that it’s closed and that they haven’t had that for quite a while now. They need to update their website if this amenity is no longer available for future guests. Also, housekeeping is not daily so be prepared to go down to the front desk if you need fresh towels or toilet paper rolls. I was even asked by the Latina lady at the front desk where our used towels are. Seriously, who takes their wet and dirty towels down to the front desk to exchange to new ones.

Overall really great but my shower had no water pressure and the closet mirror was damaged. There were minor issues in my room but my other two rooms were good. The front desk agent David last night was great. I do think a bottle of water or two in the rooms, hand soap in the bathroom, and an extra blanket would be good.

First of all, a pool is no longer an amenity! Apparently it hasn't been for 5 months? Yet your listing said it has a pool?! Second, there were many maintenance concerns with the rooms - leaking sinks, shower spout was shooting water out of the shower all over the floor, the air conditioning unit didn't work and the room was 75 degrees, and a running toilet that keeps you awake echoing in the bathroom. Furthermore, there was police activity at 1am in the morning, a possible homicide, where the lobby and stairwell were roped off with CRIME SCENE tape the following day?!!!

The entire reason we chose this hotel was because it had an indoor pool that the kids could swim in. When we arrived, we found that the pool was closed for renovations. I understand renovations, and making things better. But give a full disclaimer. Put it on the website. If it's closed for renovations, reveal that to the customer. It's only temporary. I would've chosen a different hotel, and visited this one next time we're in town. Instead, I won't visit this hotel again. Also, not sure what happened, and I'm sure it was out of the hotel's control, but watching the guys in hazmat suits spraying and cleaning the ceilings, floors, and walls in a hallway while we ate breakfast was a little concerning...
