Worst experience at a hotel
Upon check-in I was asked to pay in full for the week stay. Our room had NO heat for 3 days and was told that they were booked and could not put us in another room. Keep in mind NY in December is cold-1st night was 16 degrees. A/C tech finally arrived on day 4, could not fix the unit so he arranged us to get another room. On day 2 ( Christmas Eve) there was an incident with another guest who was screaming and threatening about 5 staff members, the cops were called as I passed them while walking out of the lobby (I took video in case) many guests seemed scared to cross the lobby area. House keeping neglected to replenish the coffee, bottled water and towels! I had to go in the hallway to ask them while in motion. The water pressure of both hotel rooms were less than ideal but the front desk said it could not be fixed but it has been a problem. Upon check out I told the attendant all of the above and they gave us 1 night free which we feel is not compensation enough. No kitchen staff and when we asked for one, a guy came out and said they only had 3 items on the entire menu! Needless to say, we will never book the Radisson Hotel ever again! And DO NOT recommend anyone else booking it either!

When I pulled up to this hotel, it looked like they were closed. There were no lights on in the lobby. It was not inviting at all. There was one light on at the desk where you check in. It was very sketchy. It was as if the hotel was closing. There was no music, no lighting nothing. The first room they put us in smelt so badly of cigarettes. When I asked the front desk for a room changed they were very accommodating and put me in a room that was better. Thermostat did not lower room temperature. Tv was good quality. I would not stay here again.

Very Disappointing
Unfortunately, from check-in onwards this has been a very poor experience. It feels as if the real staff are away and the only people available are untrained, petulant teenagers, who have no interest in dealing with customers in any fashion. If they were just disinterested, that would be one thing, but I actually witnessed a staff member goading and swearing at an unhappy customer in the lobby, now while the customer was no angel, it's unfathomable that this would happen at all, but especially on Christmas Day. Just awful. The nicest, most professional people here are the cleaning staff. Cheers to them.
