The first room smelled of mold and the mini fridge was leaking water all over the ground. I requested to be moved and the second room was roach infested. I was not able to stay and requested a refund through insurance.

The showers was old and stained. The amount of noise was horrible. People yelling all night and kids screaming at 6am. Walls and door so thin you can hear every person going by the room and car coming and going. Front desk clerk was efficient and friendly.

Traveling across the US moving out of state. Made reservations on road. Arrived late evening and both rooms reserved had bug infestation. Would not recommend this facility! In Addition, they refused to compensate.

So i was on the fence about this one they could have been better but was ok for the circunstances this was available for evacuation for milton options were limited being on a budget cleanness could have been better reserved two rooms together did not get that on arrival two seperate rooms on different ends of the building, really... water nozzle for tub fell off and took about half a day to get fixed but did get fixed this would be a few examples of the bad the good is it was affordable and available for the circumstances the room had nice ac but small on the coffee pot good thing we brought one oh also they offer them as pet rooms just take a look around we had bathroom door that had some paint chips that had peeled onto the floor would not be good for the pet thats where some better cleaning could have worked so if in a pinch it will work had a good barbacue accross the street walmart not far, home depot, chillies, publix but if i had this as an option again i would move on oh also when walking your pet they do not make you clean after your pet so there is dog crap everywhere just a mine field of crap sorry to be so blunt there but it was bad

As always, Red Roofs are pet friendly without additional charge. This location is convenient to restaurants, grocery, etc. Pool looked nice but we did not use.

We stayed for the weekend with our two dogs which was great! Though, whenever we needed extra pillows or towels/rags, they didn’t have any extra to give you or provide for you which was a bummer. And online, it says they have breakfast to eat but it’s just brown bagged breakfast to go (yogurt, granola bar, water, and a snack cake), which is okay (at least they have something right?) And also the beds were a little on the hard side. Yet, overall the stay was a 3.5/5.

At check in host was indifferent when I asked about breakfast coffee granola bar. I got to room 131. I didn’t notice at first how dirty it was because I was so tired. The bathroom was dirty. I had to wipe off the sink and counter before I could use it that toilet seat the shower I rinse thoroughly before I could get in it. The bed was OK, the machine did not work at all. I really deserve a refund.

Management was great.
The manager was great check in was quick and easy. When we got to the room someone was parked outside of our building with a camper playing music really loud and screaming the music ad drunk and being quite annoying. I called the desk because it was midnight and we had been on the road all day and I just wanted to get some sleep. He took care of it immediately. The pillows could have been more comfortable theyre a little flat for my liking but everyone has a different opinion.
