Was a great stay. Our check-in was easy and the staff friendly. The elevator was down. We had to park our boat in the dirt lot next to the facility. But the room was spacious. Small fridge and microwave. We are going to stay here again! Breakfast was standard but good. Ends early at 9:30 am.

The elevator did not work. My husband and I are in our 70's and had a difficult time getting our suitcases up the stairs. We reserved a king-sized bed and got two queen sized beds. The room smelled like damp dirty socks. We got in late so staff said there was no alternative to what we got and no extra rooms to change to. It was late and we were very tired. We went to bed, thankfully the beds were clean and the room was reasonably clean. However when we used the toilet, it overflowed, the TV did not work. We did not sleep at all. It was not a good experience. My husband informed the front desk clerk about the toilet and got a toilet plunger from him, the clerk said that "maintenance" would not get there until around 7 am. Staff were generally pleasant, but not overly helpful. We did inform the morning desk person about our problems ( we were very nice about it) She said she would take note of it. There was no offer of refund or taking anything off the bill. We will never stay in a Sleep Inn Suites again and certainly never in Douglas Wy. We felt like we were staying in a $50 hotel and not pleased about paying nearly 250 dollars for it.

Very clean hotel and rooms. Good location if you're traveling through Wyoming. Very nice staff and an area to park our RV.

Sleep Inn room was great & roomy, but no place to plug my cell phone in to charge it. Breakfast could be improved the biscuits were like froze so hubby used alot of gravy to make them eatable. I like pastries but they didn't serve any which was a disappointment. Staff at front desk was very helpful. We had put some of our luggage in the car & went back to the room to get rest of it. The room service people were already in there stripping the bed, etc. plus took our bottles of water & moved our cooler in the hallway. Very unprefessional !!

Clean, quiet, very comfortable. I was disappointed in breakfast- limited hot options and no fresh fruit but everything else was excellent. Great room. Loved the available tea options. Would def come again and recommend. We stayed in a lot of rooms on our trip and this was one of the nicest!
