Downtown Milwaukee beach accommodation

The staff and service at this property were excellent. From the moment we checked-in with Brianna, to our departure at the valet, we were warmly welcomed. Our overnight trip was a special occasion and the staff made it a success. We will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay and had a great dinner at the Madison St Grill (fillet and carrot cake are stars) and a very enjoyable happy hour cocktail at Blu on the 23rd floor.

Came here for a birthday celebration, only to find out that there was a political rally event taken place at the hotel. The hotel and adjacent parking garage were barricaded off by local authorities which was an annoying inconvenience. Even when finally made into the building we were not granted access because the authorities were setting security screening devices and testing them. The front desk manager was very friendly polite and apologized for the inconvenience. She sent up a bottle of champagne the room which a pleasant addition to our birthday celebration. The rest of the staff were amazing . We enjoyed our stay, the room was perfect and the restaurant and their staff were polite courteous and attentive. Thank you for making a birthday celebration special and memorable.

Loved that it was located across the street from the City Market and short walk from the distillery and meeting site of my business trip. No Uber. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was luxurious with high ceilings, modern decor and comfortable bed.
