Stayed in the back building. Arrived home peppered in bed bug bites! They're even between my toes! I have never had an encounter with bed bugs in my life and don't wish it on anyone. Not only is it gross knowing bugs were all over me while I slept but the discomfort from itchiness and swollen hive-like bites is miserable. I called to lodge a complaint and was told they don't have bed bites. I beg to differ!! Stay FAR AWAY from this place. In the end this place cost me a lot of extra money as I had to go to a laundromat to clean all my clothing, pick up beneydrl from the pharmacy and dispose of my suitcase. Absolutely no compensation from them. Not only cost me money but cut into my vacation time and added a lot of extra work sanitizing everything before bringing it back into my home. I will be calling a local exterminator to have my home inspected to ensure I didn't transport any to my home. Lesson learned, never staying here again!

Stay away!!!
It was an absolutely awful experience! The room was dirty, the sheets were not clean, and no towels or toiletries were provided! When booking, we saw beautiful photographs of the room we were expecting, and it was nothing like the photographs online. It is incredibly dated and hasn't been updated in decades. We checked in and left within a few hours because we were itching like crazy! The AC unit was loud and smelt awful. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but stunk of cigarettes, and upon leaving, my travelling partner noticed bites on my neck and arm! So, it’s apparent that bed bugs are an issue here. Please spend the extra money and book somewhere honest, where you will get your money's worth and have a clean room. I requested a refund after explaining my experience, but it was ignored for several days. I called, but no one answered the phone. Hotels customer service also reached out both by email and telephone and were ignored. And then, finally, I received a rude email saying they wouldn’t refund us. So unfortunate. Please stay away!

Good for an overnight stay if you're passing through. 30sec off the highway. Property is dated. AC compressor was extremely noisy. Luckily it wasn't too hot out so we could turn off and just run the fan. They charged me x4 $50 damage deposit fees at check-in. Hopefully they all get refunded in three days as they said at the desk

The first room we were given (in the back section of the u-shaped building) was not only old but I couldn’t get the key out of the door lock. While they immediately sent someone to fix it (and it took a little while for him — and he said it was old!), this was not the type of renovated room I had seen online when I booked. I went back to the front desk and they gave us a renovated room, all of which are apparently at the front of the building, it was absolutely fine. Good little restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Cobwebs on outside lights..again/ still. Huge spider right above head going in door. Lamp that was to go with light switch by door - switch broke of so couldn't use. Tub was larger than normal and amazing! Hot water in abundance. There was a ball team staying so was place full. Will stay again.

The motel is in good location, but I was disappointed with the condition of it. The room was very smelly like moldy or some kind, I have to cover my mouth and nose my husband quickly turn the air conditioner on to get rid of the smell and that helped a little. The air conditioner unit wasn't strong enough so I had a hard time to full sleep. I even thought about cancelling and getting a different place to pass the night. The bath top had bacteria growing around the edges (pink spots). This motel needs a good renovation or at least have a better ventilation system. For a little more I could've gotten a better place to stay. Good thing it was one night only.

Drummondville was my stop over to sleep on a drive from Ontario to new brunswick. It was a long drive due to construction, so by the time I arrived at 2am, my son and I had been on the road for 7 hours. We needed sleep. I went to check in, and the front desk attendant looked concerned when I walked through the door. I said I was there to check in and he apologized and said there were no rooms. I had booked and paid for the room several days ago, and told him this. He said that the last room was given away an hour prior and offered to call around and find me a different room in the town. At this point, I was in tears because I was exhausted and just needed to rest, and didn't have the energy to go anywhere else, plus I didn't want to spend twice the money at a different hotel. I asked him how this could happen, and he said it looked like the place had been double booked. Through my tears, I told him I had a 10 hour drive the next day, and just needed a room please. He called someone and they told him there was a room that looked full but was vacant (their "condo"). So, this worked out better for my son and I as we each got our own rooms (condo had 2 bedrooms). But the 5 mins of thinking i wasn't going to have a place to sleep for the night even though I booked and paid ahead of time made me never want to come back. The gentleman at the desk was super nice and none of this was his fault, he said when he started work, he saw they had overbooked.

Convenient location. Restaurant/bar only serves food until 2100hrs, but there are numerous other restaurants within 2 km. Decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable.

When we checked in, all indications were that this was going to be an enjoyable experience, but, it turned out to be the experience from hell. Room was 28 degrees when we got there and the AC was not powerful enough to bring it down any less than 26. Then, after a long day of driving and going to bed early, someone entered our room after 10 pm and even after finding the security chain engaged proceeded to push door so hard it broke the chain. Then the front desk calls to inform us they “gave us the wrong room”….. no apologies, no nothing, just an “oops we screwed up the rooms and double booked yours. By the time we finally did manage to sleep in our hotter than Hades room, it will well past midnight because we were slightly rattled. Not a great experience at all other than the restaurant and bar staff which is why I salvaged a 2 out of 5.
