The staff was lovely and my stay was mostly great. However, the room didn't feel properly cleaned. There was still hair on the floor after the maids left, my new towel had a stain on it, and carpet looked dirty. Also the faucet in the bathroom would only have super hot water.

The staff are friendly. They can just improve on giving full information related to inhouse amenities to every guest at the reception during check in. I did not know there is a swimming pool and sauna as part of the room package. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel.

The front side street is very noisy. We had to change the room because AC was humid. But sadly they switched us to a room on the noisy street.

Great stay!
This hotel is a jam! The neighborhood where it is located Is not the best and there is not much to do on the surroundings apart from the mall of emirates however, the comfort and the room sizes are definitely a very good deal for the money! The staff is very friendly and the food is good. For a very good price you can have a good meal!

Staff were very kind, everyone i spoke to was excellent. The people at the desk were kind enough to give me an extra nice room. The one time i had to contact housekeeping for help with laundry I found that the person who visited to assist was very helpful, friendly, pointed me in the right direction and a credit to the hotel. If only i knew his name to ensure he gets the credit he deserves
