Our staying was great and excellent. One important point is the variety of the breakfast. We booked 5 nights and the breakfast was the same all days. The Residences could considered change the menu some days.

Very comfortable stay, staff is very helpful and pleasant. all the attractions are 20-25 mins away, Marina is cross the road. Location is perfect. Supermarket is on walking distance. Tram station is 2 blocks away which connects to the Metro.

The hotel or building need to remodel or renovate, it's out of dated. paint is coming off, floor is dirty, toilet push flush is not stable. need plug in outlet in the bathroom. need night lamp in the bedroom. The Bathroom fan won't shut off, so much noise if the door is open. bathroom door won't close has to push hard tobe able to close.

Nice apartment, lovely view, great location

The apartment was great, comfortable and very spacious. The condition of some of the furnishings weren't great. We were disappointed that we were not warned there was construction right next door, and they worked 24 hours a day. We felt uncomfortable in the unit, the noise kept us awake. If we were sharing the unit, anyone in the 2nd bedroom would not have slept at all. The staff were lovely, everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The Barcelo is in a very good location near to Dubai Marina and JBR beach, restaurants etc. The apartment was spacious and well maintained . The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. However, there was a building in progress over the road and another to the side. Working on the sites 24 hours a day was common, and that coupled with the Mosque (directly opposite) "Call to prayers" at 5am each day, disrupted sleep somewhat. The "value for money" was very good but bring ear plugs.

The hotel was very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Besides the construction noise from the next building our stay was very pleasant. Rooms are very cozy and comfortable.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice but a little dated and cleaned daily. Very prompt to respond to any queries. Location is all right but due to the buildings next door, it was a little bit of hassle walking to JBR. The marina is a short walk away, but can be draining in the heat.
