I would not recommend this hotel. Stayed in the most expensive room om the 59tj floor and it smelt of cigarettes and vomit. Unpleasant odours in the four bedroom villa. This ruined our experience. The manager had given us a discounted upgrade but it was a mistake to wait an hour after checkin time for the room.

Overall it was a lovely holiday the only downside was a rude lady bar tender who worked outside kept constantly coming up to us moaning and insisting on tips etc, a lot of other guests were complaining about her attitude as well. Everyone else at the hotel was amazing and the property was very clean.

7am maintenance wake up
The hotel is very nicely appointed with a unique design, comfortable rooms and great options for F&B. We were in a high floor (34th) balcony room which was nice as the bathroom was to the side of the bedroom so you also got views from the bath. Hotel seems like it could do with some TLC in a few places but generally good condition. What I didn't find ok was at 7am there was heavy building maintenance outside the inner door on an open large balcony adjoining. This wasn't just light work it included welding, concrete bashing and circular saw cutting which made any further sleep impossible. This ruined our stay quite honestly, I know works have to be done occasionally but surely not at this hour in a hotel. Also it's low season so I'm very sure it would have been possible to not use any rooms in this area while the work needed to be done.
