The room is big. There is a separate bedroom and living room, that's nice. There is a kitchen but you're not allowed to cook. The location is pretty good to drive to the tourist sides. The pool is big and nice. The parking valet is good.

Very hospitable team & convenient and awesome view
It was an amazing 1 night weekend staycation. It’s a birthday treat for our friend and celebrated with the four of us. We booked a 2 deluxe bedrooms and were upgraded to 2 premium suite 1 bedroom - super thankful to KHAING for making our stay a memorable one. This hotel is gold color but the whole team at GEVORA are golden. From the security, information, house keeping, restaurants and swimming pool attendants - THANK YOU ALL. Added bonus is a very convenient place to stay because it is near to the Metro Stations. And awesome view.

There is a desperate need for proper customer service training. After coming to clean the room at 630 pm after I complained the lead person walked in and practically was rude. I called the manger on duty who is yet to return my call. The room was dusty and sheets and towels washed out and old :- especially towels torn at edges. Literally not white. No toilet paper etc. The check out was ridiculous. I stood in front of the gentleman for 5 mins after speaking. He never looked up. The hotel is generally noisy and busy. The sales persons on property and security were always engaging respectful and helpful. After I complained several times on issues without any improvement I gave up. Dinner was crazy on the high rise. Food was good but again the service . We sat for 30mins after being seated before being asked are we waiting on someone. Oh !!! sorry we weren’t sure. Again it was the manager that seated myself. Seems like leadership is problematic. I would not recommend and one to go there to be honest. I honestly think I deserve to be refunded every cent I paid. I was so disappointed and it was a trip for a birthday celebration. Of course normal hotels recognize this Unfortunately not this one. This is nothing personal just a horrible experience after spending and investing and leaving so disappointed. Coupled with 14 hrs of flying.

My room My room was very clean, my housekeeping Nasir was excellent. I do not recommend the breakfast, personally it hurt my stomach. They served the same Indian food every day. In the USA, you don't eat main dishes very early for breakfast. I got sick to my stomach, the only thing I ate for breakfast every day was bread and cheese, coffee. But employees and managers are very kind.

I didn't like the extremely slow elevators. Sometimes waiting 10 minutes for it to arrive. And when being on the 43rd floor, taking the stairs but really an option. I loved my view of the Burg Kalifah from my room and pool. Great, polite staff and girl was in a great location.

I felt the hotel needs complete modernisation. I stayed in the burj khalifa view room. The windows were so dirty you could only look out late at night when the lights were off. Waiting for the lift is a continuous theme. It will go past your floor without stopping when you are waiting. The concierge and reception were excellent though.

Having stayed at Gevora in 2021, we had high expectations again however the hotel was so not worth it this time! The rooms were horribly dirty, the windows were so unclean too. Made it it pretty difficult to try to look outside properly. The hotel felt very run down and not well maintained overall. I would not stay here again at all.

The room was neat and organized and the staff were friendly and helpful but the elevator speed was really bad, had to wait for the elevator for a long for more than one occasion and while the room was great, the ac didn't work to the temperature you set the room to.

I don’t know how clean it was. I never did really see him carrying a cart to clean stuff. The AC barely worked in the bathroom only under your bed. There was no microwave in the room. You could not cook on the stove. They did not provide you with face towels. They act like they didn’t know what they was.
