The only issue with this hotel is the elevator I had the 67 floor and it took every time to get down like 30 minutes I would avoid this hotel just for the elevators it’s really difficult to go down it stopped at every single floor going down and sometimes it was fully pack you had to wait another 20-30 minutes to go down

We will make a reservation at the Rose Rayhaan. We stayed at the Rose Rayhaan before but wanted to try this one. But I had not realized that they were less than 100mts apart. So the location is good for both of them, but we will still likely reserve at the Rose next time. It seems to us that the front desk personnel there is much more friendly. During our check in one of the ladies probably thought she owned the place. The one that actually did check us in was much more approachable

The hotel is excellent for cleanliness, service, and food. Transportation is very easy because the metro stop is very close and you can walk there. The food is good. The only negative thing is that the elevators are late during breakfast time. Thank you very much for the attention and service you provided us.

Elevators are the smallest I’ve seen for a hotel in all my travels around the world. The bathroom finishing are not ideal. Small sinks, chipped counters and toilets. The bathroom needs a renovation. Sales people in the lobby are rude.

A very great experience staying at Gevora hotel. The staff was amazing at all levels. A very clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast was great and amazing with a lot of veggie options! We had dinner at the Mezzanine and Owsum and Lokesh are amazing at customer service!

I like the property as it was close to every attraction and it had restaurants nearby. I didnt loke that the interior had carpet that gets so dirty and the bathroom had a little bit of brown on the edges like mildew.

Property is in need of repair around pool and in rooms. Elevators are a problem and can take up to 10 minutes to access. Location is great for metro and tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet is just ok

Tall and great view, elevators take forever with all the floors, especially if way up high, and the lobby is not too spectacular compared to other hotels, overall a 4.5 stay. Oh and the linens kinda stunk
