The hotel is located closer the metro. The check in wasnt smooth. Had to spend two hours as they did not have a clue of the payements. Staff kept saying different things about payement. This shows they had no communication with expedia. The cleanliness wasnt great. They need to improve in this. When you was your face the water splashes behind the basin. We had to use a towel to stop the water getting to the back. We paid for a suite but the balcony wasnt available the doors were locked as the glass was brocken.

Pathetic services and worst for families
Worst experience ever. Checkin was delayed. I was asked to pay double the amount what was shown on my voucher for local tax. We literally follwed up for 2 days to get the iron and iron board. Electric kettle was not working. When i received the iron after two days it was not working. Lifts are busy all the time. Breakfast is not good either the restaurant is like a fish market with no one to get you a seat. Valet service is time taking. Literally you have to struggle for everything you need from the hotel as if you are staying there for free. The only person good was Umer Abbasi the duty manager who helped me for whatever i need. I do not recommend this hotel to families.

My recent stay at the Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites and Apartments was disappointing. While the building is impressive and the rooms are well-designed, several critical aspects of the hotel fall short of expectations for a 4-star rating. The service is subpar, with a noticeable lack of cooperation between team members. Housekeeping is poorly managed, often leaving much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The overall hotel management appears to be lacking, as the staff, especially at the reception, were rude and inexperienced. The SPA services were also below standard. The hotel feels unmanaged, with a general sense of indifference from the staff. This experience was far from what one would expect from a 4-star hotel, and I would rate it as 1 or 2 stars at best. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this hotel.

The property is good. The location is very good. There are 2 serious issues with this hotel. 1. Not allowing self parking and vallet parking waste allot of time. 2. We booked a room for 2 adults but they served only 1 bottle of water even when we asked for 2 they delivered 1 botle. Beside this, we Ordeted food in room they brought the wrong item and the replacement, which was agaun the wrong item took very long.
