Efficient and friendly welcome on arrival

The staff at Reception were very efficient and helpful, especially Nicole who checked me in. I was attending a conference at the World Trade Center, so it so so convenient to pass directly from the hotel to the WTC.

Except the breakfast staff like Jaya everyone one else was not at all helpful. Would highly recommend to higher people like Jaya within the hotel. Also you should add new food items in breakfast menu.

Fab time in Dubai

The service is brilliant the staff are always happy to help. The location is good with the metro nearby. The breakfast is the same everyday nothing much to it. Overall it’s a good clean hotel.

Perfect solution for the exhibition

Very nice room and WC. Quite insulated and not noisy. Bed was really confortable, except for one pillow which was not so clean and with bad smell. But ok for all the rest. Very nice breakfast.

The staff were very friendly. I was not happy that the transportation arrangement we made for travel to Abu Dhabi on Friday, 11/08 with your concierge's desk staff person. We were GUARANTEED a driver and a specific rate for our travel. On Friday, there was no driver at the time we needed him to be there. Another driver filled in. When we got back to the hotel, that driver attempted to Charge us DOUBLE what we were promised and guranteed we were to pay. We were VERY upset. I refused to pay the double rate and took the matter up with hotel staff. We did wind up paying the initital guranteed rate, but, that incident made us lose trust with the Novotel concierge staff.
