The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Reception were always available to address any issues we had promptly. The dining staff were exceptional especially Josephine, who always had a smile on her face and really looked after us. The Spa staff were also fantastic and helped to make our holiday an enjoyably one. Lastly the entertainment staff we exceptional. They worked hard during the day, around the pools, entertaining guests in games and pool activities. Then they were back at night with the evenings entertainment. Becky stood out for us as she was always there morning and night with her happy contagious personality. The splash staff were also very friendly and encouraging to those not as confident. What we did not like was the small selection of drinks at the bar. There was also no bar close to the pool next to the splash, where our son spent most of his time.

Great stay overall. Just a couple dislikes being the tv didnt work the first day and half of the second day. The staff did come and swap the tv out so it ended up working out. The dining options are very little and no major entertainment seeing that this is a resort.

I have always believed Riu in Bahamas is number one until I visited Riu Dubai . It’s supper clean . The Buffet options are great. The food is fantastic. The entertainment sector is a little lacking if you opt to stay in the facility. Will definitely rebook again in a few years. Keep up the great work. Shout out from Plymouth , Mass.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean. Wish there were more things to do on the property. It was refreshing to be greeted daily by Syed and he accomodated anything we needed. Wish they had more restaurant options. Didnt make sense that there was a dress code for the restaurants when it was buffet, ot should be sit down. Overall clean,friendly staff,food was good. Inwould stay here again.
