Clean, great service from staff, value for money is incredible. There is a store on the ground floor. Walking to the Dubai mall is possible, around 25 minutes, however, you would have to cross the motorway, which isn't the safest option.

Specially the staff was extremely helpful. Everyone was a wonderful host, however I would like to mention name of Mr Kumar who helped us at around 11 pm with big smile. We would love to stay again in this hotel and we recommend it to everyone

Loved the stay. However there’s nothing around it . About 10 min walk to metro which isn’t too terrible but in the heat it can be uncomfortable. Shuttle provided is very very limited. One thing when we got here we had no soap nor shampoo. Had to ask multiple times to get it. Similar with extra bed. Otherwise no complaints. I think the person put shower gel in both shower gel bottle and shampoo and conditioner bottle. There should be proper guidance for that. Breakfast was amazing which we paid in advance while booking so it was much cheaper than standard rate.

We had a good experience at this location, stayed two nights and had great service and arranged a day trip through their tour service located across from the front desk. The food at the restaurant was also good, with an amazing breakfast buffet.

So well positioned and conveniently situated. We stayed with our 5 year old, and were able to visit places like the Dubai aquarium and The green planet with ease. The free shuttle was a super service, and we definitely got value for money staying here. I can only point out 2 negatives during our stay, one is the fact that the 'mini golf' is just a small putting mat - which didn't have any balls available during our stay. The other is the occasional noisy guests and disturbances late at night - not something that can be fully controlled by the hotel. Overall we were received really well and accommodated earlier than we expected, so are absolutely satisfied with our experience and stay. I would highly recommend this property.

I've been trying to change my check-in date from the 5th to the 14th via email before I even arrived, but I never received a response. When I arrived at the hotel and requested the date change, I was denied. Consequently, I ended up paying for 12 days but only stayed for 8. The front desk told me they couldn't assist because my booking was through Expedia. I then contacted Expedia, who informed me that the hotel had declined my refund request. I wasn't even at the hotel from August 2nd because I had a separate booking at palm jumerira from the 2nd to the 5th. Additionally, I checked out on the 13th, not the 14th, due to a late flight. Despite explaining this to the manager, he said no refund would be issued for checking out early. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I feel like my money was wasted.

We had an issue the first night so needed to change rooms for the rest of the stay. Staff were friendly. Short walk( mostly undercover) to the Dubai Mall. Room was OK. Staying at the Rove again in September.
