VIP no more stay away awful hotel! This is NOT a VIP hotel. Stayed here 2 years ago and received an upgrade to a club accesss room. Upon asking M*oustafa said we would have to buy breakfast the he could give it to us. Worst customer service I have seen in my life. 1 star hotel at most. At 3:30PM room wasn’t ready. Room given was awful! Switched rooms 3 times. Worst experience in Dubai. Thanks for ruining our trip. Read all bad reviews they are true. Stay away from this hotel!!!

I would highly recommend not booking room above 35th floor. The music at night from club at 42nd floor can be heard, its challenging to sleep.
