Fun place!
My husband and I love coming to stay here, and do so a few times a winter. The Spirits bar has good food and there is a band or DJ every Friday and Saturday night. Even the locals love hanging out here!!

This is an old hotel and for the cost I wasn’t expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is well maintained and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. They offer a continental breakfast and the bar has food as well (burgers, pizza, hot dogs, etc.). There is a convenience store within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. Ours had a microwave and refrigerator. The pool/patio/bar area is great! So, if you want a clean, low cost place in Dubuque, this is a good choice.

building can use some updating otherwise it was clean and beds were comfortable. Bar was great and drinks were reasonable priced. .... breakfast was average and limited. Overall Ok place to stay for value priced travelers.
