Very nice and quiet, even on the Pet floor :) The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was great. The kids loved the free popcorn and cookies provided in the lobby each evening. Doug was very helpful and made check in and out easy. We traveled with pets and children and will definitely stay here when we come back to Durango.

Very glad I decided to stay at comfort inn in durango. We were a short drive away from downtown and the hotel itself was clean. Staff is friendly, offering cookies and popcorn everyday at specific times. The breakfast was good.

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We got to our room and the toilet was dirty (urine on seat and floor). I mentioned this to nice gentleman at the front desk and he said he will make a note of it. So, I cleaned it myself with disinfectant wipes I carry.

Average hotel

It was a family trip for 3 days, we choose this location because of the included breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast was always out of food. There was no milk for the cereal/oatmeal, no syrup for the waffles, often no coffee, the scramble eggs were being refilled, however it would take a long time and the texture felt jello like. Dining are had 3 trash cans, which were overflowing in trash, there was only 1 worker attending the breakfast area with poor customer service skills. Hotel is family friendly and the evening staff were very friendly. Room service is upon request, I did not use room service for my stay. The room was clean upon arrival, but the room did have an old smell.

Asked for the room to be cleaned - informed it had to be requested the day before but didn’t tell us that when we checked in. They seemed understaffed. Breakfast wasn’t good - need more people helping with it. Room had dirty cup left in it from previous occupant. The room over all wasn’t too clean.

Room could have been cleaner. Hallway noises made it a bit loud (kids and slamming doors). Breakfast was chaos, not enough staff supporting breakfast. First morning most stuff was empty milk, almost all bread) only one person workin breakfast and he didn’t seem to care that the trash cans were over flowing.
