There was a knat problem they took care of immediate. However they should not have trash cans by the elevator on each floor. This caused the knats and I video it to show them.

Great place to stay, close to shopping, eateries and things to do in the area. Bed were comfortable, clean and comfortable. Had some difficulty with the wifi. Would stay there again.

Pool and hot tub had algae in the filters that was so thick it came off in chunks and the hot tub water was green. Covers had dirty shoe marks on them. USB sports in room didn't work. Water in shower was lukewarm. Was a pretty room just not maintained well

Our room had an adjoining room door that allowed too much sound to carry from our neighbors. It was very loud and as if they were in our room. Also, many other hotel chains offer better amenities such as water and coffee in the lobby. This room was overpriced for what we got. And wasn’t very clean.

Needs to clean rooms when guest are there
Our room was not cleaned at all. We got a couple coffees but no trash empty or beds refreshed or towels. Shower and toilets not cleaned.
