Is very expensive , very small the rooms , charge a lot for dogs, I was carry my 2 dogs and 2 nights. They charge me $ 75 per day and per dog. They don’t open the pool, cause was a private event , they don’t have service room. The menu at the restaurant is depressing . Not even a bagel . I’m not comming back .

. You denied my booking and told me you cancelled it. I was recently proposed to and wanted to spend an evening with my fiance. I arrived later yesterday evening to be told my room was no longer available. I really dont want to make this a discrimination case but my fiance and i were the only people of color and the other people that had issues checkin in .... surprisingly were given a room. My partner and I were left sitting in the waiting room with no clarity. It was horrible and NEVER AGAIN. The manager couldnt even apologize or compensate us for a room. So to answer your question I never got a stay.

Love the easy access to the beach .The rooftop pool is fantastic - beautiful views ! Jeanette from the front desk couldn’t have been more accommodating! She was so helpful and went out of her way when our room wasn’t ready- she made it easy to leave our things, get us beach chairs and towels so we could begin our staycation! Love this hotel, the location, views and restaurants!

A perfect evening by the beach
I booked super last minute for a basic room with king bed. To my surprise, we ended up with an ocean view! The room was super clean, trendy, comfortable bed and huge shower. Right on the beach and walking distance from food and fun. I will definitely come back.

Staff was rude, checkin 3pm rooftop pool closed on a 78 degree day at 4pm, room service closed early probably the worst hotel for $400 per nite ever, unfortunately it the onle hotel in Long Beach. Long Beach a beautiful city and people were nice. Very sad that the hotel cant get its act together
