On the positive side, free parking was a great convenience, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, and the area was really quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The shower had good water pressure, and the room was nicely lit. I also appreciated having a mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room, making it easy to store snacks and enjoy a quick coffee. There’s a nice heated pool, though I didn’t get a chance to use it, but it seemed like a great amenity. There were a few areas that could be improved, though. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and didn’t quite meet my expectations. I also noticed a soiled bed cover, which wasn’t ideal. The room didn’t have a full-body mirror, and the shower was quite small, which felt a bit cramped. The motel is a bit far from any walkable restaurants, so it’s best suited for guests who don’t mind driving to eat out.

I really enjoyed staying at the property - my room overlooked the back with the Wildcat River. Check in was easy. The room was nice, clean, bed comfortable, bathroom with toiletries provided. Breakfast provided was good Draw-back - there is easy access to the building - the entrances should have key card. I did not feel unsafe, but it would be an improvement.

Clean, quiet, convenient location, nice staff, more like a motel than a lodge, we were anticipating a mountain type lodge, instead the overall design and look is very much like a typical motel. Our room was quite and the bed was comfortable and parking right in front.

The hotel was lovely and the surrounding area was amazing. Check in was not great as the male receptionist came out of the back office like he'd just woken up. This was at the start of the check-in hours. There is no lift to the upper rooms. Wish we'd stayed longer than one night

Bathroom lighting was awful. Even though we had reservations in advance, we were put in a room with a bathroom that had no place to put your toiletries. We had to put them on the floor. Even though all 2nd floor balconies had chairs, 1st floor rooms had none. We had to use desk chairs outside. I won’t go back.

For the most part what I can say about this hotel was it was okay. It was clean but I felt it was a little dated. Our room which was on the ground floor had a sliding glass door to the outside. This door wasn't locked when we got in our room.I also thought it was weird that the actual door to our room the dead bolt switched between in use and vacant like a porta potty. We picked this hotel because a lot of things were already booked. It was fine.

I felt like they were trying to be more high end than they actually are. There was someone outside my room at 2:00 am that kept me awake. It was by the front door of the facility. You’d think the management would try to quiet them.
