Just a awesome Hotel! Wth Free Breakfast!
We were set right next to the bar on top floor which was awesome it was our 10 yr anniversary and everything was just lovely! U cant hear the bar at all from room which i was afraid of and rooms are amazing clean modern and the river view is top notch was my 3rd time staying here never disappoints ❤️

We stayed for a concert at a nearby venue. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to and from the event that was a fantastic bonus we were not expecting! Rooms were very nice, breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold options.

We had a family trip planned for 5, with reservations for a 2queen bed suite with a sofa sleeper. Upon arrival we were told our room was sold out that all the had available was a king bed suite with sofa sleeper. No cots or additional options to actually accommodate 5 people. We are Hyatt members and there was no attempt to call us and notify months ago that they ‘were sold out of our room choice’ at the time as booked. We clearly overpaid for the room we reserved vs received. The icing on top, upon entering our room the toilet handle was broke off and flush not functioning. Thankfully they fixed that during the hours we stepped away.

The young lady at check-in was very nice and professional. Great positive vibe. The rooms are clean and spacious. We were not aware that this property was farther away to the school we were visiting(than originally thought). But all in all everything turned out well

The room was awesome, but the breakfast left something to be desired. The area also seemed crowded due to a large influx of young people most likely participating in area sports.
