Great place, everything was amazing!
Everything was great! We were in town for a concert and discovered the hotel has a free shuttle to the venue, that saved us the parking fee and alot of hassle in driving. Also, the room was perfect and the breakfast was exceptional, one of the best. Staff was great, we will be back.

Excellent breakfast.The windows looking out at the river when getting off of the elevator were absolutely disgusting! It was a first impression that we wondered what we were getting into. We were told it was an issue with the maintaince people. Also, the tv was an issue with the remote not getting Fox channels. Finally, only dealt with 2 employees who really seemed like they liked their work! The management needs to let the employees know their attitudes are showing & some smiles would be benefical. Lots of potential in the place but some changes are needed.

Out of the six double queen rooms we booked, we were only given 2. We traveled with a sports team and this was extremely inconvenient.

The room was very clean and nice view of the river if the windows would be cleaned occasionally. The breakfast was cold on our first day. But the second morning it was a little warm. They do have have a good selection on the breakfast and the staff is very nice.
