Accessible room was very large, clean, and well equipped. Staff were helpful, friendlyand respectful. Breakfast was adequate. Would have liked more variety of fresh fruit. There were apples and bananas available.

Room needed renovated and updated

The workers were super nice! The only and big issues were, the room had a musty smell. As soon as you walked in, it hit you hard. The ceiling in the corner had stains like a water leak happened at one time.The lamps were all wobbly and 1 had a torn shade. The one bed sheet had a big ink stain on it. The breakfast was good!

Newell WV

Carpets need to be cleaned desperately! Feet were black 25 minutes after my shower. Parking lot is in disrepair. Breakfast much better than most for sure. Staff friendly and courteous. Air/heat is great. Fire alarms went off Saturday afternoon. No nap for us. Was told this wasn’t first time. Something to do with the pool overheating. This doesn’t sound safe at all! Location fits our needs when visiting Newell WV. Will try again on our next trip.

Was very nice. Priced great. If i had one complaint its the entrance would be better if it was lit or beter marked. Drove past it one night. Other that that small issue. Was a great weekend.

We had the suite, it was clean and well maintained. We have stayed herefor years under the prior chain name. Only complaint is the breakfast has went downhill greatly. It was unimpressive to say the least.
