Rooms seem quite out of date. Older fixtures, marks on walls, peeling paint, but room did seem clean. Building was under construction, so hopefully rooms will be, too. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.

This hotel is one of the only hotels with two queen size beds instead of two double beds which is great. Basic rooms with fridge and microwave etc but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was fantastic as well!

The whole room I was staying was dirty I notified the front desk and they said they were doing to clean it but they didn’t.

The staff was rude when they called to confirm my Booking the day of. They threatened to cancel my room if I didn’t pre-pay before I got there. The facility was OK but not up to my Standards for the price. The room smelled musty and damp. The windows were covered will plastic because they were going to paint the building so we had no view outside. The bathroom had quite a bit of mould around the ceiling and the carpets felt grimey. The bedding was clean but the pillows were all feather and was an allergy problem for one of our kids. The breakfast was good but seating was limited. This was one of the better options for staying in the area but I wouldn’t choose to stay again or recommend to friends.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was great. the overall stay was not bad but upon arrival we could not get the room we booked as they said it was not available so they gave us a king room with a pull out couch. we were told that because we booked 3rd party and not direct that there was nothing they could do. I booked this over a month prior and was angered that we got bumped because of using Hotels.com.
