we booked a packaged-deal tour in El Nido which includes airfare and hotel accommodation. We opt that way so we will simply think of tours and our choice of meals, and we won’t think of our place to stay. Amadeus Inn is simply the opposite here are the reasons why:
1. It is hard to communicate with the managers they were using like 3 different numbers, and the night before, we inquire if they have a transport available from puerto princess to El Nido, which they confirmed it, but when we arrived at the airport, the van wasn’t even there, so we texted the manager and waited for 30 minutes, only to get a text message that they didn’t get our request for van.
2. After 5 hours of travel we were greeted by the “manager” with a question “why did you leave the airport, a van is supposed to pick it up for you”, Wow!! This girl has a nerve to asked me that, I can’t believe it that I showed their text messages, and she said “it’s my uncle”... again wow!! You’re the management and clearly if you can’t coordinate on your own staffs, how can you communicate with your guests?
3. We were informed thereafter that the room we booked is not available(standard double room) instead we got a 4 capacity bunk beds for backpackers
4. Breakfast choices egg & rice, rice and hotdog, pancake
5. There is a demolished building in front, for violating the 25m from shoreline building code law.
We transferred at other hotel and didn’t bother to ask for refund.
